SHIPPING & RETURNS

For All Orders a flat rate applies as follows:

$5 flat rate shipping to ANYWHERE in Australia.
$10 flat rate shipping to anywhere else in the world.
All orders made within Australia are shipped via Regular Registered Post. All international orders are shipped via Airmail without tracking. If you would like Express Delivery or Tracking, please email us at service@shopwithromi.com

Deliveries
SHOPWITHROMI.COM are committed to providing you with the latest and unique accessories around the world. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered just as you wish.

However, there may be occasions where you have concerns that you want to have resolved. In these instances please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.

Re-Delivery
We will happily re-deliver if we are at fault. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate as a re-delivery fee will apply for any new delivery due to incorrect registration.

Cancellations and Refunds
For any exchange or refund due to change of mind, re-delivery fee will apply.

Order Cancellations
If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
Orders which have been ordered in from our suppliers cannot be cancelled.
Orders which have not yet been sent may be cancelled. A $5 cancellation fee applies.
We will happily exchange the product if the orders have not yet been sent.

Refunds and Returns

In line with the Trade Practices Act 1974 and State Fair Trading legislation, we pledge to ensure that:

the goods supplied correspond with the description of the goods;
the goods supplied are of merchantable quality and fit for purpose; and
that any services subsequently supplied to the goods are rendered with due care and skill.
In an instance where any of the above implied conditions are not met, we will:

offer you a store credit note;
offer to exchange the goods;
offer to repair the goods; or
offer you a refund,
within a reasonable period of time, when you can provide proof of purchase, that is, your receipt.

We ask that you choose carefully as we are not required to offer you a credit, exchange or refund if you simply change your mind, although we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions
All returned merchandise must be unworn and should be returned in original packaging to ensure adequate protection in transit and enable them to be returned to stock once received.

Please use a reliable method of postage as we are not responsible for any items that go missing or become damaged in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a credit note or an exchange.

Returns and exchanges made in one of our stores are subject to in-store terms and conditions.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange for a different size, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the shoes you require to be put aside for you. The exchange product will be dispatched once the original product has been received with the receipt enclosed.

Faulty Merchandise
Faulty merchandise must be informed within 3 days and returned within a reasonable time after the fault is detected by the customer.

It is advisable that you contact us to inform us of the problem as soon as possible so that we can rule out the possibility of it having occurred due to general wear and tear.

Merchandise returned due to fault are subject to inspection by the manufacturer before the refund can be issued, and in some instances, may need to be sent interstate in order for this to occur. We will do our best to ensure that this procedure is completed as quickly as possible.

Any problems that have developed after the goods have had a fair amount of use will not be accepted as faulty. In such an event that this is deemed to be the case, you will be notified and returned your merchandise (you may be required to cover postage costs).

If the goods are deemed to be faulty, your credit card will be refunded for the total cost of the transaction (including initial and subsequent postage costs).

Incorrect goods
If you have received an incorrect order please contact us as soon as possible.
